I REALLY LIKE BARNABY'S WALLS OK

it's so easy for characters to get softened up by the fact that this is a slice-of-life game and, likewise, give into a sort of charming/conversational character like worick, but i felt actual resistance with barnaby and that was kinda awesome? like it felt more realistic and that really kept my attention drawn on that one thread (if u notice i finished it first SOB)

so as previous you have stand-out tags in my inbox and that's a really great thing, i'm excited to tag you/your character all over again!

your gintoki's voice and icness has increased exponentially since i first met you, and i'm only excited to see where it goes. you're beginning to think really abstractly about the meta of his character and are actually nailing down the nitty-gritty of his sense of humor, and gintama's as a whole. i literally laughed out loud when you mentioned making gintoki digging for coins in the fountain of haruka's log and i can actually see something like that happening in gintama

i'm glad you're getting to play more of his serious side, too. gintama tends to be one of those canons where you don't get to the meat beneath the character sometimes and it would be especially difficult in such a slice of life setting i think, so it's great you're getting to experiment with something outside of Constant Mayo Waterfall

I love getting feedback from you, seriously. Also there's something great about playing a character as shameless as Gintoki, so I'm loving the game. Right now I definitely feel like I'm better at the more comedic side of him, the part that gets jumped by his notkids and swipes coins out of the fountain like you said pfft. Hopefully I can do the more serious side sometimes too, eventually. It's just so incredibly subtle, imho.

i've honestly just loved to sit back and watch you evolve as an rper. you're like this rare pokemon that my buddy caught and it's such a majestic creature as it goes through it's life cycles or whatever idk pokemon you get what i'm saying here point is it's been really awesome to watch you go from testing the waters of dwrp with your tippie-toes to full-on diving in to the ocean of the side of the fucking boat
