There is nothing wrong with appreciating a little eye candy, and she wasn't the only girl around by a long shot, but unlike the rest just hanging around Kotoha was dressed to work. Just nearby were members of the track-and-field crew practicing, too, and this girl was running down the rut leading up to the pole vault like her life depended on it.

Which was only special because she wasn't carrying a pole at all. Maybe she mistook it for the long-jump...?
