The light tap of his cane clicked in front of him as he swept it lightly, back and forth, trying to get a feel for his surroundings. He was doing his best to take in the scents and sounds around him, letting those provide what his missing radar sense would have. There was a familiar smell - burning coffee beans and steeping tea of all sorts. A cafe? That would be a nice diversion.
He followed the scents and what seemed to be a slightly more active flow of people til he was inside. ]
