I'm mostly going to put up an open comment on the log for Minako's things, but there's one I still need a volunteer for either to handwave or thread - Ask a neighbor out on a date! Does anyone who lives near 1449 want to get harassed by Minako, she has no shame so she'd just randomly ask anyone and then you're free to reject her (in fact, I think that'd be the funnier scenario..) as long as she just gets to ask.
