[ Here's this poor guy just trying to admire his new car and enjoy the perks of being kidnapped by Mr. Stepford, and some weirdo in bizarre clothing is standing across the street staring at him.

Noiz isn't even trying to be subtle about it, he's just openly watching everything Mizuki does... like a creep. He looks like he's mulling something over here too. ]
