Mikado really respects him, so it'd be awesome to get them talking. Should we do something set at work? At this point I probably should just put up a "Mikado around Veda Tech" post since he was gonna bump into Mikoto there too. XP

I'll probably do that in a few days. Aside from that, he's at the carnival right now, but idk if Tieria would have any reason to be there. He's also going to make a net post in a week or so, probably, about his best friend leaving, but it's going to be "give me your memories" post, so if Tieria didn't know him IDK if he'd respond.
