WHAT THE FUCK TO DO:

► STEP 1; Post a comment with a character that's not in HH as if they're already in the setting or alternative version, post character who is in HH. Scenarios if you need them!
► STEP 2; Tag around and get a feel for your characters, whether or not you're voice testing or planning to actually app them in!
► STEP 3; Post this all over your plurk and get people to get their big asses in here and force them to app or face the consequences. Oh, and I guess have fun. I suppose that's important, too.

Kotoha giggled. "Sorry. I'm just so used to people knowing about it, and having it, that I sometimes forget people don't deal much with youkai and such." She certainly didn't mean anything bad by it, or that she was in any way superior. This is just... what she was and there was no hiding it.

The girl jumped from the cushion and then walked over to the vaulting pole. "I have the ability to bring any item into being just by using words. I either have to describe what it is in detail, if it's not something simple like a stone or a rubber ball, or..."

She brings the pole up to her face and... licks it. Without hesitation or any lingering weirdness about having just picked it up off of the ground. It vanishes with a sudden hiss of air filling in the space where it had just been.

Her hands empty, and her long tongue back in her mouth, Kotoha finishes her earlier statement: "—or I 'install' it as a Shortcut. That would be something like a complex material, or a lamp post, or a microphone."

"Huh... crazy stuff. There was this insane doctor back home that had a similar power. Summoning magic kind of makes sense, thinking about it. But that's not really my bag." Jam shrugged. It made more sense NOW, at least, but still. She found herself feeling a touch jealous that she had her cool powers back and... none of her own to show off in turn.

But she did have something.

"So. You should definitely work in my restaurant."

[lautsprecher]

A chuckle. "It's not magic. I'm a pretty terrible magician, I can tell you that. But I've never met anyone else who can do it exactly the way I can... that's kinda cool to know." It made her more curious about the girl, now, whom she had just written off as mundane before that comment.

Kotoha has to do a double-take with a short, amused sound to go along with it. That caught her off guard. "Can't say I was expecting that. How'd yuo get to that conclusion?"

"Because you're hot. But also because you're interesting. I only hire interesting people." It was true. "And hey, with that trick, you can just summon your bill pad to you!"

[lautsprecher]

Shucks, Jam, you're just saying that because she's tall, busty, and those short-shorts really show off her thighs. But Kotoha grins. "All good points, but what kind of restaurant are we talking here?"

[ladyfascination]

"I'm glad you asked...," Jam chuckled a bit before... leaping high into the air and managing to land, and more importantly balance herself, on the top of the structure that held the bar for the pole vault. She took a bow before shifting into a wushu style stance, letting out a piercing battle cry.

"Jaaaao! I am Kuradoberi Jam, Master Chef and owner of the Kuradoberi Jam Kitchen & Bar! I specialize in traditional Chinese, but if you name the dish, I can cook it and serve it at its very best!"

[lautsprecher]

Kotoha watched on, plugging one ear with a pinky as a joke. "And your advertising is really eye-catching, too!" She may or may not be talking about panty-shots, depending on what Jam was wearing.

...hey, it's not the half's fault. Elevation difference!

She waved the girl down. "You definitely have my attention, so maybe I'll check this place out. Would be good to have some extra spending money," Kotoha said with a grin. "Sounds like fun, too."
