[Goodness, this is certainly an unexpected circumstance, and the sudden weather change has left this dolled up Queen in her royal gown and very cold. One wouldn't think it would be difficult to grab someone's attention dressed in her royal best but here she is attempting to stop people to ask what's going on and.. well...]

Excuse me--[No, no, that's okay buddy, just keep walking.]

Many pardons, I just have--[Did that guy just toss a quarter at her??]

[Garnet pauses a moment, raising a gloved hand to her chin.] Okay... What would Zidane say...

[She thinks for a moment before raising her hand and pointing at someone. That soft and gentle tone she used before has been replaced with an authoritative and convicted voice.] Hey you!

[Oh that got their attention... Back to gentle and soft!]

If I may ask you but a few questions, I would greatly appreciate it. [c:]

[He has been watching her struggle in the background for a bit, curious but not enough to offer the pretty stranger in that much too fancy (and thin, isn't she freezing wearing that in the middle of the winter?) gown his help right away. It's one thing to just chat up a guy who had just walked smack into a wall and quite another to approach a pretty-dressed high class lady uninvited, after all.

Sir? [He laughs bashfully at being called that, because really, he's only thirteen even when he's on the taller side of his age with his almost 1,6m. It seems to be true that nice people are also having nice manners!] Just Rei-kun is fine. Or Shingetsu, since that's my name.

[He gestures at the city around them.] And this place here is called Holly Heights. There should have been a letter from the lessor that explains everything to you when you arrived here since this city isn't actually very normal at all, but, meaning well, I'll do my best to answer any extra questions that you might have!
