Dude you're going way too fast

SO HOW DOES IT WORK?
► STEP 1; Post a comment with a character that's not in HH as if they're already in the setting; alternative version, post character who is in HH. Scenarios if you need 'em!
► STEP 2; Tag around and get a feel for your characters, whether you're just voice testing or planning to actually app them in!
► STEP 3; Post this all over your plurk and get people to join in on this jolly good fun. Don't forget: it's mandatory.
Taken from someone who took it from someone who took it from someone I don't even know anymore. TOOK IT FROM THE MEME COMM.
Gregory Edgeworth | Ace Attorney
[Greg here was fumbling with the phone he had received upon arrival to this strange establishment and was doing a terrible job at getting it to work how he wanted it to work. The image of him kept going in and out on the video feed and he may have accidentally called you.]
I'm terribly sorry for bothering you. I did not mean to have this phone call anyone in particular. (Hm. I would have liked an instruction manual with this phone that I'm being forced to use. A simple phone without all these options would have suited me just fine.)
[Option B - Action]
[Christmas was just around the corner and Gregory was out and about in the shopping district to shop for some presents!
...Or so he would like, but he was having trouble deciding on what to get. Getting a gift for a son was one thing, but he had his "family" to consider as well now. The places he was going to frequent are the bookstores. Books are just a comfort items to Greg. He could generally pick out a book he thought someone would like, so that was where he was going to start.]
[Option C]
Whatever ya wanna play out.
B, buy me that new issue of Holly Samurai for Christmas, Dad
He's not easy to miss, Greg. I mean, look at the color of his suit.]
So that means you admit to your father that you like a children's tv series.
It is strange for Greg to be so...uncertain about how to approach his own son though. Then again, the last time he saw his son, he was still a child. It would be improper of him to continue observing and not speak to him though. After he collects his thoughts on the matter, he'll be walking over to join Miles shortly.]
I see we had the same idea to come here to avoid the snowstorm outside.
Shhhhhhh it's a family secret
It's only logical to stay in a warmer area than brave that blizzard. [Miles tilts his head toward the nearest window to indicate it; his hands were still full of book.]
I'm sorry, I was told he had to be reading this book
"How to use Courtroom Drama to Win Cases"...? Is this a fictional work?
OMG THAT BOOK
Most likely, but I wished to scan it to see if people still recognize the fine line between fiction and reality.
Courtroom drama winning cases? Poppycock!
Option A/Video I'M.... REALLY DUMB..... CRIES
[...This man looked really familiar...]
[[ooc: Oh my god I can't believe I failed on that spectacular of a level OTL;; shame upon myself]]
Wait what? What did you do????
[Greg, you're so old]
[ooc: I'M CONFUSED. WHAT DID YOU DO?]
Accidentally replied to the post not the thread OTL;;
You could try sending a request to the Landlord, but I doubt he'll oblige, unjust man that he is. I could teach you how to use the most important features of the phone, so you don't struggle with it whenever you use it!
[[ooc: I think I replied to the post instead of your thread OTL;; Gigantic fail]]
...That seems like a mistake Fulbright would do
There are a number of things I would like to request, but I'm sure the landlord would refuse them as well.
[A small sigh.] (There's no point thinking about what I can't do right now. I should focus on what I can do.)
I thank you again. Would it be all right for me to request if we can speak about the phone in person?
S-Shush ;___;
Of course! Is there a particular place you would like to meet?
There there..../patpat
Unfortunately, I don't know my way around the town just yet but... [Give him a moment to figure out where he is right now.]
Hm, I believe I'm in the town square right now. Yes, perhaps we could meet here? I'll be the gentleman wearing a brown trenchcoat and fedora.
Damn you people... Video > Action
[With that, Fulbright ends the video call. About a few minutes later, you can see him, in his white suit glory, waving at Gregory with a big grin. He comes to a stop in front of him.]
Hey! I never did get your name, did I? But it's rude to ask for someone's name without giving your own, so let me introduce myself. I'm Bobby Fulbright, a champion of justice and detective in criminal affairs!
Action
Oh, so you're a detective? (...He's quite the opposite from Detective Badd)
[He pulls off his hat and bows his head in greeting] My name is Gregory Edgeworth, defense attorney. It is a pleasure meeting your acquaintance, Detective Fulbright. [He puts his hat back on]
I apologize for not introducing myself earlier as well.
Action
Action
I do have a son name Miles Edgeworth back home, but he is only a child and wishes to be a defense attorney one day.
Action
This place can bring people from different points in time, so it may be possible that you are from the Chief Prosecutor's past!
Action
Is this Miles Edgeworth you know of, here? I may want to speak with him later.
