this is unexpected but you know what he's pretty drunk too and he hasn't kissed someone in a while and he's not sure who this is anyway so he relents under the kiss with a muffled laugh, hands hovering at his sides, not touching, not-- really sure what to do but kiss. tough life choices. ]

[Fin breaks the kiss as suddenly as he initiated it and furrows his brows in deep contemplation.] Yer beard's scratchy.
