TEST DRIVE MEME!

SO HOW DOES IT WORK?

► STEP 1; Post a comment with a character that's not in HH as if they're already in the setting; alternative version, post character who is in HH. Scenarios if you need 'em!
► STEP 2; Tag around and get a feel for your characters, whether you're just voice testing or planning to actually app them in!
► STEP 3; Post this all over your plurk and get people to join in on this jolly good fun. Don't forget: it's mandatory.

copypasting and whatnot

[...Well, Hilda was walking her giant samurai otterhorse, if that counts, because Samurott is the one who shoves her out of the way of the oncoming car that is definitely not moving where it should be, and--

Oh, for crying out loud... It figures. She looks a little pale as she stands up and brushes herself off; Samurott does not look amused, though.]

So, Hilbert, how many cars do you think the Landlord will let you go through before he says no more, anyway? Because you're gonna wreck that thing. And probably someone else while you're at it.

I'm hoping he'll see it as learning from trial and error, but I wouldn't have a problem just walking everywhere if he took it away...

[Walking is fun, after all. Cars were fun too. Very fun. And fast. Hilbert looks apologetically at her Samurott and offers some pats as compensation.]

Do you really think he'd do that? I think I'm getting better, anyway!

[Samurott huffs, unsure if he should be appeased by this or not, but makes no obvious move to turn away pettings. Hilda, meanwhile, glances dubiously at the car, then at Hilbert.]

Well, do you really think the Subway Masters learned how to drive a train through trial and error, of all things? Even if you're crashing less, you're still crashing, and every crash puts you or someone else at risk. That's the way I see it, anyway.

...Besides, you could always just save up for a bike. You know I'm gonna need someone to race me when I get mine, right? [And then comes the devious little smile. At least if you crash a bike, it won't wreck whatever it slammed into, and it's easier to handle at that.]

[Thinking about the trains, and thinking about them going through trial and error...

... Man. That would've been fun to watch. Please let it appease you, Samurott. He'll even scratch under your chin. That's where his liked, anyway, sweet girl she was.]

Where do people go to learn to drive trains, anyway...

[And Hilbert mirrors her smile easily.] But I'm totally gonna save up for a bike, Hilda! I think I prefer it to driving a car, as fun and fast as it is. Have you tried yet?
