I learned from a really great team! Kinjou-san helped me with my posture. I used to hunch over a lot.

Yes! That's exactly what Kinjou-san said! You're only going to get stronger if you challenge yourself. He said that bicycling without good posture might mess up your balance and it's bad for your health, so I worked hard to fix it.

You went through some kind of training yourself, right?

Guess that person and I are on the same wavelength! Sitting up straight also is good for you, but I struggle a bit with that one. It's just so easy to start upright and end up in a slouch!

I did, yes. Quite a lot of it.

That's exactly what it is. I mean, biking doesn't exactly keep your spine straight, but it's important when you're off your bike too! I end up slouching and then forcing myself to sit up straight when I remember about my posture. It's really is easy to forget!
