I suppose superficial muscles are nice, but I'd rather earn them and put them to use!

If you ever need any help getting into shape -- not that you aren't -- let me know! I've been with the BSAA for a while now and we have rigorous workouts that can be adjusted for just about anyone!

I see! That's good, too! Although I encourage joining in sometimes. It's good for the body, so long as you don't strain yourself too much! [ A manager, though! ] Swimming's a very different kind of thing on your muscles, but the work can be just as hard.
