How can you call me a charmer when there's that much competition?! You didn't even need me to tell you!

Isn't it different when someone who doesn't objectify you and actually knows something about you beyond the very surface compliments you? Or, perhaps that is just me?

Oh, well. That's true. I definitely didn't make any of that up! But it's still flattering to have a fan club... I wish I had one.

They make it very difficult to be alone -- or with other people. Not that I do not appreciate the sentiment, but they're very defensive and don't ever allow me time to myself outside of my dormitory.

I can take care of myself. It would be unprofessional to bring them any harm, as much as I would rather not indulge in their company.
