ABOUT: cute old man who fights crime and loves mayonnaise and is super nice and friendly and wants to adopt everyone in HH
CURRENTLY: really excited about the fact that Barnaby is here so he will be telling EVERYONE about him. :) also still working at the LEU. he's recently decided to try out being a personal trainer/teaching self defense at the HHSC. he's actually a hero and really strong and agile for his age so if you want someone to whip you up into shape then Kotetsu will gladly help!

NOT INTERESTED IN: romance, he's like 40 and widowed and not interested
EVENT PLANS: none, really. Kotetsu's been in HH long enough to not trust these sorts of events so unless someone can hoax him into collecting eggs he'll be avoiding it
