Well in canon... what she'd do... is go out to the living people's world and lecture them about stuff. She's kinda like that person who's always like "you shouldn't do this bad thing because xyz". She got a reputation of being really annoying-like, too. Cuz she's Yama and honestly doesn't want people to end up in hell, okay? She wants the souls she's got jurisdiction over to have a chance to do/turn good before she judges their fate. So she lectures because she ~cares~. Other than that she enjoys flower viewing and stuff. Also, like practically everyone in her world, she doesn't mind a good spar to pass time. Her time off in her world was mostly dependent on if the shinigami were slacking in bringing the dead to her. So. Yeah.

In HH SHIKI IS A PRO WRESTLER. HAha jk. Actually- no one's dying or gonna be permanently dead + there are only a couple others from her world so it's almost like THIS IS ONE BIG VACATION to her. But ofc she just loooves to keep herself occupied. And lecture anyways. And meeting new people and speaking with them. But other than that- again, she uses other spare time in the library and reading up about stuff she should know about (but didn't need to know back in her world) and walk around the parks and gardens. Thinking about stuff. She's actually finding herself with more free time tho', and might even take up gardening herself. Zen gardening. For flower viewing.

She likes the higanbana and the lotus. Or basically any flowers that are uniform and have a lot of petals because ~symbolism~.
