Yeah, different techniques like-- [There's a tiny, faint little signal going off in the back of his head, like the sound of a leaf landing on the ground, and Naruto has an extremely rare thought--maybe in this situation, as a ninja, he should exercise some of that... what was it called? "Stuff." [ Hong Kong knows some stuff. He knows a lot of stuff, actually. One of the things he knows is how to be a nosy butt. ]

[With that he spins on his heel and heads for the nearest building. A better view will give him the advantage. It's almost impressive, the confidence with which he plants his foot on the brick wall, like he's just gonna run straight up the side of it--]

[--and almost depressing the way he instantly falls flat on his back, his head hitting the ground with a thud.]

C-crap! [Ow ow ow ow clutching the back of his head and rolling around like an angry wounded cat now.] What's with this stupid place?!

[ Sorry, Naruto, Hong Kong is just going to Observe you for a sec here. Walkin' over and looking down on his new tortoise tracker. ] You okay there?

[ He extends a hand, just in case Naruto needs any help getting up.

[Hnngh, that really hurt but he gets his flailing under control quickly, determined not to look like too much of an idiot too late, Naruto, too late. He pushes himself back into a sitting position, grumbling and ignoring Hong Kong's hand.]

[ Hong Kong withdraws his hand as gracefully as possible, kneeling beside Naruto. ]

The landlord does that kinda thing. He's like, our robot overlord.

[Naruto glares, even more irritated by that comment.]

Robot overlord or whatever, I'm gonna kick his ass!

[Big words from a small kid with a big knot on the back of his head.]
