ABOUT: He's an asshole. That's all. No, well, he actually used to be nice once upon a time but things went straight to hell after he lost his sould a century back. Anyway, he's got the ability to control water, ice, mist and blood---basically he's a waterbender except from a modern setting. He likes his car. He also has a lot of pets. And a murderous daughter. He is also immortal and cold as ice.
CURRENTLY: He's planning an ice sculpting contest. After that he'll get to be a woman for a day. He's also teaching a kid how to drive, which is totally the safgest thing ever.
WANTED CR: Come join his martial arts team at the sports center and get your ass kicked into shape. Honestly though, he wants people who will try to kill him for real because the one who used to do that is gone. He also wants to screw with people, always. Please offer up victims that will lash back at him for being a dick.
