He goes in for the kill without even thinking about it. Because if he does then he might vomit and... yeah. Straight he goes to the nipping and sucking on Tokiya's neck, hopefully leaving a nice, dark mark right where everyone can see it. ]

Not Ren. There's the obvious discomfort, the feeling of feelings, and other things that Tokiya's mind is choosing to shut down and ignore and throw aside. Nothing is happening. Ren is not sucking on his neck. Ren is not doing anything. Tokiya closes his eyes and waits for this horrific experience to end.
