[ She figures since they're married, even if it's by a very technical technicality, they might eventually... need to warm up to each other... so, y'know, getting this option? Her arms drape lazily over his shoulders, meeting very loosely at the wrist as they hang slightly circled around to his back. She manages to settle onto his lap with ease, one leg on each side of him, and she shimmies her way right up close with a coy little smile that reeks of flirtatiousness as she finally sits and stays put. This is closeness almost to the point of being awkward, but she pretty much cares zero. They share a freaking bed. Might as well get to know him ~~biblically~~ better. or at least try to flirt and stop being a prude because of feeling guilty constantly about a boyfriend who isn't even here and probably won't ever be here because that's just her luck. Anyway they're married right? So there's gotta be something there.

She's just gotta spark it right and fan the flames. ]

[ He can't recall a time where anyone's ever sat on his lap. Steve let out a tiny sigh when the option came up. What a case of the jitters he's getting.

He tries to stay as still as possible while she settles in, out of not knowing what to do. Pretty golden-haired girl getting about as close as she could while sitting on him in a manner wildly inappropriate for most situations. This is his wife though so this is fine. Technically. Kind of. They have the same bed but sleeping was significantly more innocent than this was. He should get close to her-- he wanted to but... this was certainly not the way he was expecting to go about it. And she doesn't even seem uncomfortable in the slightest.

It occurs to him he has no idea where to put his hands while a girl is straddling him. He balls them into little lose fists and flashes her a tiny nervous smile ]

[ She's feeling flirty. It's a little out of her comfort zone, but they're playing a game, and little to anyone else's knowledge she found a bottle of scotch whiskey and has had a couple of drinks. She's kind of ignoring the one time with the cave!Buffy brought on by beer, because loosening up is important if she's going to survive her and not go completely stir crazy. There aren't any vamps to stake. There aren't superpowers. There just -- there's nothing to keep her occupied, not like she wants. There aren't any anythings normal here. So, inhibition is a little... gone right now. Mostly gone. She giggles a little at his demeanor, the way he seems to shift and be shy, and the flustered manner in which he speaks. It's cute.

At least she didn't get landed with a really weird guy or someone totally unappealing for a husband, right? ]

[ He's staring at her nervously and it occurs to him that his wife may be a little tipsy on the gigglewater there. Of course she was. It was an uncomfortable situation in this place and she could do that.

He can't very well keep playing if she's like that though. That's wrong. It would be like taking advantage. Not that he was planning on doing anything but you don't keep playing a game like this. ]

Maybe I should take you to bed instead. [ Wait that's going to sound wrong. He meant that completely innocently. Like ---go tuck her in for the night, drunk Buffy. ] ...So you could sleep.
