WE'RE STILL ENABLING

gpoy of what will happen if you don't join us
There are multiple ways to use this post:PLAYERS IN GAME: post who you'd like to play next round or who you're unsure of playing, and then let other people seduce you with supple butts and cash prizesgently push you into the direction of actually apping them come the new app cycle (concrete details later on that).OR YOU COULD: Ask for cast mates, be you in a cast or a lone canon warrior. Think of it like a kind of in game ATP ad. IF YOU DON'T EVEN GO HERE: You might want to? If you do, feel free to post with your account, a picture, whatever you want and let us take you under our wing so you can be a part of our large, rowdy family.
So let the fun begin!

It's just... a stupid plot twist, lol. And yeah, it paints Fudo into a massive asshole. If Pollon had even 5 minutes more screentime, it would have been acceptable! But most people didn't know he existed. My friend thought they actually added him in for Evol haha. What I really want them to do is release an OVA about the Celiane/Apollonius/Pollon time period and that whole story - they could rescue it a bit that way.
IT'S OKAY I WAS REALLY ANGRY ABOUT IT FOR A LONG TIME TOO /SHOULDER MASSAGE

Pollon shows up in the OVA and gets those 5 minutes of screentime (which still don't make his feelings for Celiane any more apparent, other than that he flies up and licks her just like any other dog would), and he actually gets a name there. But I still cling to the OVA Apollo being Apollonius's reincarnation and Evol only wreaking the TV series.
I... don't really trust their ability to rescue this anymore. I'd love to see a compilation movie of Evol that doesn't have Pollon in it, not that that's likely to happen. A series of shorts where the characters just do random slice-of-life failings would work too, but... I don't really want this franchise to continue anymore. I don't trust them not to pull something like this again. This saddens me. Sousei I found to be poorly made from great parts, the characters being especially interesting to watch. Evol was more enjoyable to watch, yet I gradually stopped caring about the characters. I was really pumped at first, and it let me down. :(
/leans back into massage. Oh that feels good

I think you guys more or less covered everything about it. The only other "hint" I recall involved Rena seeing Fudo's energy as a pillar of light, but that could have just been something for the Lesson of the Day.

BUT ANYWAYS I think that was something for the Lesson of the Day, since everyone else was shown as triangles balancing on a point and the episode was about balance and stability. Except for Apollo being a kappa. XD A lot of the scenes that we're supposed to take as evidence are presented as having another explanation that makes more sense in their original context.
Really, if you end a series with all the lose ends tied up and don't announce a sequel for seven years, you're kind of expected to follow through with the explanations you originally gave.

WOW THAT WAS LONG RAMBLING.
tl;dr nah, I don't see it, but that's how it is. I guess we're supposed to believe that deep down Kagura is able to be more than selfish and give up his love for the sake of her happiness/for the sake of her having a potential happiness that is more than he can give. Since he gave her up because Amata loved Mikono whereas he loved "Silvie."
NOW ASK ME ABOUT HIS BACKWARDS SPEECH!! okay not really. i'm done............!!!
It probably was. Yep, pretty much!! I see where it could be either way and, after a while of being angry about the change, I find it hilarious because what the fuck Fudo. But it really makes more sense for Apollo to be Apollonius.
YEAH JUST A LITTLE BIT.

I agree that Amata just seems to be crushing, but I think Kagura is probably just remembering the Skies of Aquaria movie and wanting that kind of relationship and Mikage is manipulating his memory so he thinks he was Apollon and it wasn't just a movie. Kagura seems to want Mikono on a more primal, passionate level than Amata, but I'm not sure if either of them are true love.
We could've had Amata/Zessica, the more interesting pairing, but apparently that "wasn't refreshing enough". Because the First Girl Wins trope and the shy, polite, "I don't know what I feel so I'll send mixed signals" girl have never been used before and we would never have seen them hooking up from episode one. I can't really single out Mikono for acting like that because so many female characters seem to be like that so she's just kind of samey in a way. I thought Amata and Mikono made a cute couple in the beginning but they stopped going anywhere after a while. And then they got upstaged by Andy and MIX, who were so much more interesting and actually remind me of Apollo/Silvia more than Amata/Mikono or Kagura/Mikono. Of course they chickened out for the ending and didn't actually show Andy and MIXY together even though Andy said he'd be fine with that. CAN'T BE TOO DIFFERENT THAN ANY OTHER SHOW NOW CAN WE?
Personal opinion: Zessica is either Otoha or Sirius.
TELL ME ABOUT HIS BACKWARDS SPEECH! XD It definitely made the scene where he calls for Silvie and goes through the game while "Eve no Danpan" plays make me do a double-take before deciding that I find it bizarrely touching.
AGREED.
DON'T WORRY I CAN RAMBLE TOO.
