WHAT THE FUCK TO DO:

► STEP 1; Post a comment with a character that's not in HH as if they're already in the setting or alternative version, post character who is in HH. Scenarios if you need them!
► STEP 2; Tag around and get a feel for your characters, whether or not you're voice testing or planning to actually app them in!
► STEP 3; Post this all over your plurk and get people to get their big asses in here and force them to app or face the consequences. Oh, and I guess have fun. I suppose that's important, too.

[Let's not question why Roy is smashed in the middle of the day, or why he has both his sniper rifle and an alien blaster on his person while smashed (perhaps it's because he's far too used to always carrying a weapon. Perhaps he's just an idiot). Those are not important, after all! Oh no. Roy knows what's important right now -- something he's wondered for a while but didn't really have the balls to test out, given where he lives it'd be a great risk.

But right now...nothing is stopping him. Drunk shooting -- clearly a great idea, right? He's great with weapons, OF COURSE HE CAN.]

Think I can shoot down one of those birds from here?

[He is of course referring to the seagulls flying overhead, blissfully unaware of Roy's intent to shoot at them.

He unholsters his rifle.]

( Spain will scrunch his nose at the stranger, and shift his gaze from the gun, to the birds, and back at him. )

( Not sure if he wants to take this gamble or not because the last time he tried, he lost his armada. )
