WHAT THE FUCK TO DO:
► STEP 1; Post a comment with a character that's not in HH as if they're already in the setting or alternative version, post character who is in HH. Scenarios if you need them!
► STEP 2; Tag around and get a feel for your characters, whether or not you're voice testing or planning to actually app them in!
► STEP 3; Post this all over your plurk and get people to get their big asses in here and force them to app or face the consequences. Oh, and I guess have fun. I suppose that's important, too.
reposted from the like five different people who gives a crap at this point, you get the picture. posted with mod permission b/c i am the mod.

Oh boy. ]
Lady Estellise...! Well, this is-- [ He pauses, returning his gaze only briefly to the pages before closing it abruptly. She doesn't need to see this, nor hear something so vulgar coming from his mouth. Oh goodness was he really question taking this role again. ] --it's nothing. I'm sure the character is just overreacting.
[ A+ save. ]

...she buys it. Because really, she can't fathom as to why it's such a bad thing!]
Maybe they wanted to sleep in the same bed as their cousin and got upset. I could see why they reacted in such a way if that were the case.
[Really, her innocence will be the end of her.]
no subject
For his princess' innocent, he would protect it! ]
No I... don't believe that's the case. But perhaps it is for the audience to decide.
[ There's another huff now, more exasperated then the last, before causally trying to set the script to the side. He doesn't want to get further into it while she is around... nope nope. ]
B-but enough about that silly thing, what brings you here all of a sudden?
no subject
What is he hiding?]
Perhaps it really is up to the audience.
[But no worries, Flynn's next question makes her focus on him and not the book. 'Twould be rude to not focus on him.]
Oh, I just wanted to visit. While I enjoy everyone's company, I suppose there's something about being around a friend I've known for quite some time.
[She's lonely and wants to talk about home and things and be around Flynn because he makes her happy, okay?]

and once again he is saved! Man, was he on a role today. ]
I agree. I am still getting use to this world and this unexpected family, but you do know my door is always open for you, Lady Estellise.
[ There is a soft eagerness in his voice as he delivers a kind smile to the princess. ]
Would you care to have a seat then? I'll get us some tea.
no subject
I would love some tea, thank you.
[Her eyes stay on him, as her expression turns soft, understanding completely about his previous statement. It's weird to be in a family, yet there's something absolutely heartwarming about it. At least Estelle finds it to be more of a pretend play family than a real one.]
Isn't it rather nice? It's like getting to experience what being in a family is like, even if our children are close to the same age as us. [At least a daughter she was given is very near to her in age that she's more like a friend than a child.]
no subject
Still, he could still hear her past the sound of running water as he put it to a boil. ]
It's... different, to say the least. I must admit I never took myself to be much of the parenting type. [ What with this job taking him all over the place, it was hard to imagine finally settling down and having a family.
But now that he was forced into it... ] I heard the beginning years of parenting are difficult, perhaps this Landlord was being sympathetic.
no subject
But she does shut the script and put it on her lap to answer his statement.]
Well, I suppose it's more of a simulation more than anything. As much as I would enjoy raising a family of my own, I don't think I would feel quite comfortable having a newborn that's not my own to raise.
[A family is something she's thought about before, but given her situation back home, she doesn't have a suitor, so it's far in the future for her.]
Though I did hear myself that those years are difficult because parents are figuring out for themselves what they should do. To not only make choices for themselves but also for the child -- it's truly a pressuring time.
