[ Working in the Petting Zoo has been a nice experience for N. While the animals here are very different from Pokemon, N still finds it easy to get along with them, and taking care of the different species helps him learn about them.

He's trying not to get trampled while feeding the animals when he hears a familiar voice. He has to double-take to make sure and he ends up hesitating for a few moments before approaching the familiar blonde.

Had he ever spoken to her? He didn't think he had, but since this girl was friends with them, it seems necessary to fix that. ]

Those are rabbits, I believe, but I've heard them being referred to as bunnies. They are really nice animals, from what I've observed.

[Bianca's still distracted by the cute, eyes only for the animals, so she doesn't realize who she's talking to at first.]

Bunnies? Aaah, that makes sense! It sounds a lot like Bun-- [Finally looking at the boy now, and her eyes widen.] --neary.

Ah- I'm not sure if others are supposed to do that, but I'm working here, so- [ and bonding with the girl seems more important, so he goes to fetch some lettuce, coming back as fast as he could with his hands full with the leaves. ] I don't think that there would be any harm in feeding them with you.

Yes, I do. I managed to get a job feeding them, and it's been really entertaining. They are very different from Pokemon, but they can be really nice to play with, too. If you'd like, you should keep an eye open when they are hiring, it's really pleasant.

Feeding rabbits isn't that different from feeding Lillipups, and that only encourages her to be more touchy with them, and hope for such a great job like this in the future.]

It is a very big change, but he's been trying to adapt. He's already getting better at shapeshifting into these animals, for example. Still, I'll check with him, and maybe we can play together...!

However, he needs to keep his head on what's going on now, so he focuses on watching as Bianca feeds the rabbits, watching as they gather in the hopes of getting more lettuce from her. ]

It's no problem. [ Leaning his chin on his arm, he watches the bunnies until his attention is caught by Bianca once more at her question - and, after a few moments, he shakes his head. ] None of these yet, to be honest. Zoroark finds them odd.

However, my... son? [ It's so strange to think of the kids under his care as his children ] He owns a dog, so there are some of these creatures that can be kept as pets.

[Cheren still totally goes to the petting zoo all the time, don't even worry about that. The animals there were different from the ones in the pet store, okay, and it wasn't like he could interact with the animals in the real zoo for whatever reason.

Currently? Cheren is feeding a baby goat, mostly because the goat had started following him when he showed up.]

Some of these seem like they'd be a bit harder to have as pets, though. [like the goat.]

[Cheren would turn to face her, but it's kind of hard to when turning means the goat moves around to get a better grip on that bottle. It's easier to just stay where he's at and let the goat do its thing.]

They don't seem like they'd adapt well to being inside a house.

I guess if you kept them in the backyard it would be possible. But I don't know that they're like Pokemon where they will usually stay put outside if their Trainer tells them to. Dogs, at least, aren't like that.

[Since the goat is so concentrated on sucking that bottle dry, Bianca will take the opportunity to try to pet it. Nothing wrong can go with that, right.]

Aaah, I did see the dogs! They're beautiful! They look a lot like Lillipup and Growlithe but at the same time, like, so different! I love how they come in lots of colors without being rare... [Fuck shinies, man.] Does anyone in your house have pets, Cheren?

Well, it can't be different from teaching them to play with a new member in your team, especially if it's a rare one! I mean, like, what did he do when you got Porygon?

[ONE DAY YOU MIGHT GET YOUR POKEMON BACK, TOO. For now, Bianca is free to spoil Serperior. He knows Bianca, he doesn't mind her babying him. Just don't tell anyone else.]

Porygon's a bit different, though. He's a man-made Pokemon, so it's not quite the same as a creature that looks like a Stoutland, but behaves differently.

[BUT WHEN THIS IS KILLING HER She's gonna spoil Serperior rotten and he'll regret giving her permission. Yeah.]

Chereeeen! You know what I meant! Serperior needs to learn about the new creature's behavior little by little! As if those dogs were, like, a baby Pokémon that you need to treat veeeeery carefully!

[If Serperior acts like more of a brat, that is totally Bianca's fault.]

Well, yes, but I think the dogs are also a bit frightened of him. I can't imagine them being used to anything even remotely like Serperior.
