[ ...She's read about this sort of thing, recently. She's pretty sure this is voodoo, right? Though as she recalls, the dolls are... small, right? Perhaps he's hoping for a greater effect? That seems to make as much sense as anything else -- and somehow more than making a scarecrow to her. In fact, it doesn't occur to her at all.

How awkward.

When gestured to come near, she decides that she might as well. It might save her a call and a visit later on. She approaches very obviously with caution and uncertainty. ]
