Like I said, everyone's been super nice! Who've you spent these months with?

Me? Oh, I met some swimming guys and then some other people most seem pretty fun.

It does seem like there're lots of people. I can't wait to meet everyone!

[Oh, hello, looks like they're here.]

Is this the school?

[deceiving_eye]

[Kano chuckles as he looks at the school and lets out a sigh.]

Yeah this is it. Ready?

Hey, hey, it hasn't been that long since we were in school.

[Slaps Kano on the back companionably. At least they don't have to deal with it alone! The idea of meeting up with Kido, previously terrifying, now seems to be sort of a comfort.]

Ready whenever you are!

[deceiving_eye]

Not too long...still not a lot of fun.

[Letting out a small grunt at the slap.]

Let's go. [Nudging his side he walks up and opens the door.]

[Fun isn't exactly the issue here, but he follows Kano into the building.]

Ah, I don't have to fill out any forms or anything, right?

Yeah.

[His excitement is clearly...not there. But he looks around before throwing hands up and then hooking them behind his head.]

Hmmm, not that I know of!

Ah,that's a relief! [Laughs a little.]

Hey, remember all those forms Mom and Dad did, and got us uniforms and everything, and then we didn't even go more than a week? [He still feels a little bad about that, but it's also something of a funny memory.]

[deceiving_eye]

It really is.

Heh, I remember it really well...Kido didn't really like them at first. Or she would pull a ghost and vanish without knowing it. [Nothing as bad as when his deceiving would get out of control and he had to be beaten back to his normal self.]

[saveshearts]

Yeah... can't really blame her for that, though. School was pretty scary! [He hopes it's not quite as intimidating now.]

[deceiving_eye]

It is. [Kano knows he would copy other classmates or vanish if he got tired of it.]

[saveshearts]

Even so...[sigh] We can't really put it off much longer, huh?

[deceiving_eye]

...We could. [He leans in for a moment.] We could show up for attendance and then...vanish.

[saveshearts]

[He laughs, amused by how secretive Kano's being.] Aw, but it's my first day, I don't wanna get in trouble. [Not so soon, anyway.]

[deceiving_eye]

[Kano doesn't trust Kido to not pop up somewhere.] We won't! We can go tomorrow, we can at least have fun today.

[saveshearts]

If not school, where do you want us to head off to? [Surely Kano has a plan.]

[deceiving_eye]

We could go to the pleasure district!

[saveshearts]

[...Okay, yeah, it sounds like Kano just wants to avoid school.]

Have ya gone to school at all since you got here?

[Maybe a little bit...]

I have...sometimes.

How much is 'sometimes'? [Seto's picturing like... maybe once a week. He doesn't have a lot of faith in Kano's good status as a student.]

Um...most the days. [When he feels like it.]

So almost none of them. [He laughs.] Does Kido know?

[deceiving_eye]

Ouch, not true! [He grins until Kido is mentioned and he visibly sweats.] Not...completely.

No worries, no worries, I won't tell her. Ya gotta start going more often though. [As much as he wants to be Kano's partner in crime, he has to look out for the little bro too.]
