He's very earnest but you'll most often see him alone unless he's being dragged by someone or doing his job. Even though he's a recognized Master of the Keyblade in canon, he's never going to pull rank on anyone, and will fluster really easily when that's brought up or if anyone knows that he's a little more than he seems. It's a lot more likely that you'll fluster him than make him angry, because he has the patience to outlast Sora, so you're really gonna have to work if you want to piss him off. He is the kind of guy who will stop and help a little old lady across the street if he can. Riku has around three modes: Big Damn Hero, small town Guy Next Door, and Don't Cross Me soldier. He's pretty firmly Guy Next Door here.

She's more about art, calligraphy and admiring all the muscles (it was the top bonus of helping out with the swim club.) There's name complexes, catching what generally needs to be done and being a positive push on people, being unable to swim and a bunch of other stuff.
