KEEP ROLLIN ROLLIN ROLLIN ROLLIN

HOW IT WORKS:
► STEP 1 | Post a comment with a character that's not in HH as if they're already in the setting; alternative version, post character who is in HH. Scenarios if you need 'em!
► STEP 2 | Tag around and get a feel for your characters, whether you're just voice testing or planning to actually app them in!
► STEP 3 | Post this all over your plurk and get people to join in on this jolly good fun. Don't forget: it's mandatory.
copypasta'd, I ain't original enough to make a new one.
Yuusuke Makishima | Yowamushi Pedal
Everything except the exact thing Makishima had been trying to look for. Scratching at his head, he lets out a near defeated sigh as he gazes around the area one more time, trying to figure out where to try his luck next. He should have looked up a map or something. After a moment's pause, he turns around, then catches sight of someone nearby and approaches them.]
Hey. Is there a bicycle shop around here? No motors, just the regular kind. Or at least something good for road racing. [He'd go into more specifics, but he'd rather not confuse a random stranger with cyclist lingo. Granted, a simple bicycle would have done well enough for him, but honestly, he wanted something a little better than that. Hell, he'd probably take something like Onoda's mommy bike. ...okay maybe he wasn't that desperate. Yet.]
cool hair, nerd
A bicycle shop? Sure!
[makoto is actually hauling ass to his bicycle (!) resting on the side, two stores away (he had to park somewhere).]
--look, I've got my bike here, actually.
[presents
dahliait to this intense looking guy, carefully placing his purchases onto the basket strapped to the back.]Would you be looking for something like this?
excuse you, makoto wishes he looked this fabulous
It's kind of standard looking, so I guess it'll do... I mean, it's still a bike.
shh makichan
--er, well? There's a store where I got it from. There might be other models. I'm not exactly familiar with road racing.
[eyes glazing over because of the colourful hair, but--!!]
I could accompany you there?
no subject
N-no, that's okay. If you just give me directions, I can find it on my own. Don't wanna interrupt your plans. [And he points to the bags Makoto had been holding earlier.] ...thanks, though.
no subject
[he's used to reading others less-socially capable individuals, and is instead eager to help out.]
Don't worry! I'm glad to help.
[moving around the bike and towards the street, he starts pointing out the address; it's rather complex, actually, the store being hidden away in a pocket of space behind several other buildings.]
[just in case he gets lost--] I'll be running some more errands here, in case you get confused at some point. [a smile] I'm Makoto, it's nice to meet you.
no subject
Yeah, me too. Name's Makishima. [Scratching at his cheek, he glances around the area before glancing back over to Makoto, adjusting the strap of a backpack he's been carrying around.] I'll try and figure it out myself. I've got a good sense of direction.
[A part of him does feel a little bad at leaving the guy without much of another word. He's been pretty helpful after all, and doesn't even seem that bad to be around. At least he's rather easy-going and not too talkative, unlike some tiny spazzy cyclist with glasses that he knows... speaking of which-- An idea strikes him, and he waves Makoto over.]
Hey... can I ask one more question?
no subject
[happily, makoto walks over, easy and relaxed.]
Sure. [a .. pause before cheekily adding] Don't tell me you got lost already?
[the smile on his lips should be enough to indicate that he's teasing, joking about. his expression reads as makoto ready and willing to answer any questions anyway]
