hi hh! i'm chrissy and i used to come here along ago, but here I am for interest grabbing. i'm on a RP game hiatus right now so apping right away might not happen, but in a few future rounds perhaps!



reona west from pripara aka that idol arcade game/anime for little girls. sweet yet extremely shy and don't let the looks/names fool you, he's a boy who has been sharing clothes with his blue twin sister for a long time.



yurika todo from aikatsu! aka that other idol arcade game/anime for little girls. vampire persona idolru yet she's actually a huge nerd of darkness, canon point probably going to be around season 2.

....and then there are other idol muses I have, just their canon is newish so im waiting a bit.

That is to say, the baseball hooligans are looking for more baseball hooligans to join them. I'm sure our lone Big Windup Mihashi would appreciate castmates, but I'm here for the Daiya universe in particular.

We have team catcher Miyuki, team pitchers Furuya and Sawamura, and former team center Isashiki, and team second baseman Haruichi is on reserve, but characters we've talked about wishing were around are:




Former team captain Tetsu, former team second baseman Ryosuke (the more terrifying of the terrifying seniors duo, Jun is a puppy next to Ryo), team shortstop Kuramochi, and Eijun's keeper team first baseman Kanemaru. If you're feeling ambitious, Ai and I may both cry blood if we get the man of Miyuki's dreams Eijun and Miyuki's mutual favorite person in the world, Chris Takigawa, and I know I will die a loud, extended death if you decide you want to app Nabe, Zono or Nori.




Other characters we'll be happy to welcome: any of the teammates I didn't specify above (Miyauchi! Toujou! Masuko! Shirasu! Tanba!!), rivals (Mei... Raichi... Umemiya...), adults and managers. Miyuki's manga-only, but we all watch the anime (and our Eijun's anime-only) so don't be afraid to hop in if you're only following one version. We will welcome you into our baseball-y embrace. [It's at the arcade. There's music and sound effects going off as usual and you probably don't care, but a loud laughter might catch your attention.]

HYAHA!! Take that!!

[There's a guy pointing at the screen with a WIN! sign on blinking on the screen. It's a fighting game, and this guy with a weird laugh just won a match with a random opponent.]

[It's most likely a misfired (or perhaps not, if you're a seido teammate) text from Kuramochi, who had somehow ended up watching a weird play at the pleasure gate:]

[He's a baseball player, of course he'd practice baseball. There's Kuramochi, having some swinging practice. He wants to hit big and it's clearly showing by how he's swaying a little from side to side.

But when he does hit the throw the machine does, it doesn't go as planned.]

Aww man...! Dammit. [he gives a sigh; this is just practice, he'll just aim for the next one.]

a. shopping
[ aside from waking up in some weird house and getting adopted by a family that is not his family and a brother who is not his older brother, haruichi is taking this pretty well. a part of him wonders maybe if it's a little bit of shock, or something, but a home is a home, and if he thinks of it like another day in the dorms at seidou, then maybe it's not that weird.

anyway! shopping is kind of important--he needs to eat, probably, and though his house was mostly fully stocked, they were running really low on rice, so he thought he'd play the part of the helpful son and get some more. so that's why haruichi, all 164 centimeters and 100 pounds of him, is dragging a huge bag of rice through the shopping center. it's not even that heavy, it's just bulky. maybe he should've gotten a cart... ]

b. sports center because duh
[ practice doesn't stop just for interdimensional kidnapping. baseball feels like the most normal thing here, and haruichi can be found in the batting cage with a wooden bat, reading pitches from the pitch machine and hitting them. different speeds, different angles, anything he can--a downward swooping hit off the corner of his bat, one that sails into the right corner, another that jets between second and first base. practice practice practice. coach rewarded people who worked hard, and people at seidou worked hard, and if he ever wanted to overtake his brother's second base position, he was going to have to work as hard as he possibly could.

there's no metallic clang from his end of the cage--the bat's wooden and gives a satisfying crack with each hit.

a. guess who's lost

[The only feeling worse than having no idea where you are is having no idea where you are but also knowing that people think you should know. Despite Rin trying to explain the whole coming and going and no memories thing to him, Sousuke's still feeling a little too proud to text him and ask how to get back to the sports center from here. He's not even sure he's inside the right gate anymore but that fountain seems... familiar...

Maybe he can go into one of these cafes or shops and ask for directions. There's bound to be people the past versions of himself haven't met, so it won't be strange for him to do so.

b. hhsc option, obviously--feel free to get him working out or post-work out

[Tokitsu wasn't a financial powerhouse, but it's not a school lacking resources that's able to produce a nationally ranked top ten high school athlete, so Sousuke's not completely unfamiliar with the kinds of amenities the sports centre has to offer. He also knows, however, that Rin will kick his ass if he makes use of most of them, so he's very selective in how he works out now. Lots of core, lots of flexibility, lots of cardio. No strength training, at least not upper body.

And no swimming.

Doesn't mean he's completely cut off from the water, though. He's not Nanase or anything, but it's still his preferred element. A sauna just has a different kind of water and, most importantly, it feels amazing after a hard workout. (Harder than it ought to have been but he's not about to tell anyone that.)

Don't worry; he's picked up on enough of the Western vibe here that he's wearing a towel.]

[the best thing to do to acclimate is to approximate normalcy, nori thinks. the fact that there are other people here from seidou is almost as jarring as the sudden change in location-- if you're gonna wake up somewhere that's not where you normally wake up, it'd be easier to deal with if everyone was strangers, right? instead of some people being the same, like this one bizarre slice of where he had been plopped in the middle of where he was.

but, at least there's a sports center, something more familiar no matter where his actual geographical location is (and he's trying not to think about that, it makes him feel fuzzy and disconnected), so he spends some time pitching into a net, and ends up staring into it, absently turning a ball over in his hand, feeling the seam against his fingers, losing track of time.]

Ryousuke Kominato | Ace of Diamond

[When he isn't swinging his bat, the library is Ryousuke's hangout of choice. His usual reading spot is a small corner of the library, tucked away behind shelves and supplied with a beanbag and cushions. It's isolated enough to escape those playing games on their phones maybe a little too enthusiastically, or some of the rowdier people trying to hold a conversation in a library. It's one of his few solaces, a place to unwind after a hard day's training and away from his new (unfamiliar) family. And it's-- already occupied.

Ryousuke is not afraid to give the person occupying his spot a nice, deliberate, smile.]

b) sports centre
[Just because he was officially retired from high school baseball didn't mean he was going to allow himself to get rusty.

A methodical clang of metal bat on ball can be heard from the batting cages. A slow bunt dribbling along the foul line, a line drive to the right, another sailing over the shortstop's head; he visualises each hit in succession and watches as the ball hits its mark against the net. What he lacks in power, Ryousuke makes up for in technique.

The pitching machine stutters, hungry to be refilled, and he drops his rhythm to collect the balls and start again.]

A - Roaming About

[This place is ridiculous. Masato stands with his paperwork held in one arm, glancing around. He doesn't confront anyone directly, but he just looks unhappy, given the set frown on his face. He isn't one to believe he has any spouse--after all, he's not married, he can't even hold a relationship to continue his profession--but he isn't sure where there's any sort of exit.

Obviously, this is some sort of trick by his old Principal. (Current Principal? Producer? He isn't sure what to classify Shining Saotome anymore, to be completely honest.) But this must be some sort of reality show. Against his will, which does not help his mood in the least, but he chooses not to wait until it's revealed; he will find a way out himself.]


B - Shopping District

[He's uncertain how long he'll be here, but he already knows he's in dire supply of a few essential articles of clothing: particularly, cardigans. Even summertime tends to come with a light sweater or longer sleeves, and while he's never truly been one for having sensitive skin, he's always just been prone to cold with skin that never took to tanning. Perhaps it added to a light delicateness of his physique, but he didn't mind it so much; that and he was quite fond of sweaters and added layers.

Especially if they were soft. He stood in an isle at a clothing boutique, a dark maroon sweater in hand, holding it up to inspect the strange design on the front. A huge backwards G, covered in studs... Horrendous. Not many of the sweaters were good this season; he had a feeling he'd end up buying a new blazer instead, but he at least wanted to try.]

[A large figure finds its way right behind Masato, sneaking up without a word and only announcing itself with a usual cheerful greeting. The sort that's always typical for Natsuki.]

Hijirikawa! You went shopping too? [He's tall enough that he doesn't need to peek over the other's shoulder and gets a good view of the sweater from where he is, but what he sees isn't........... well. It sure is something.]

Ah... are you thinking of buying that one? [Natsuki tilts his head to the side, as if the angle will help put the sweater into better perspective, but that displeased frown on his face won't leave. Nope, that won't do. It's terrible. Not cute at all.]

That looks like something Kurosaki-san would wear.

b - I SEE YOU TOO

[ The other question that might appear now would be why the hell is Tokiya even giving thought to shopping. But things have changed, even if he isn't the Tokiya that Masato might have known. That change would be a forcibly domestic life, one which he originally protested against but eventually had to endure.

Thus; the appearance of a half-familiar head of blue hair is more than just a welcome surprise. ]
