[Kotori's already walking into the school through the gate, adjusting her bag and the belt on her skirt, hiding a yawn behind her hand. It wasn't because she was up late, but honestly, sleeping in a little sounded way too tempting this morning. But still, she got up and made it on time.

[It's a bit of a refreshing change, if she thinks on it, seeing someone besides herself excited to get to school. While her own excitement has dwindled down, at least it's something for her to do her besides sitting at home or walking around the districts.]

he is already dressed in something, sensible slacks, an Oxford shirt and a kind of sweater vest. it isn't bad but he looks maybe a bit too dressed up if a uniform isn't required. )

...Or so Rio is beginning to associate it with, which is a sign that something needs to give, and soon. For the moment, she's tiptoeing as discreetly as she can through the halls, trying not to be seen. But it's hard not to notice her, because she's in a maid outfit courtesy of the horrible, scheming, conniving head of the Neighbors Club who has dirt on her too precious to possibly ignore.

She turns a corner, intending to duck into a classroom and rifle through her desk for something... unfortunately, she's probably never going to make it there. Or perhaps she'll get caught while trying to slide in? Either way, do your worst.]

[Her expression, when she turns to look at III, is one of a deer in the headlights of a freight train moving at top speed.]

[School isn't all that great, if stories are to be believes after all and in Thomas' most honest opinion, it's all a waste of time and he can't believe that he's being dragged into this too.]

( of course Michael knows that his brother simply isn't into this as much as him. not only is it a temperament difference, it is also an interest difference. and, well. Thomas has always been able to find better ways to use his time, when he wants to. at least that's what Michael thinks of it.

[God knows what Thomas would do here, if given the time and freedom - though Michael is right, it would definitely be more use than school of all things.

( he doesn't roll his eyes back, but, whatever annoyance is really quite obvious in his body language. it's mostly just familiar, though, nothing that is really new or all that exciting. )

The learning's not really the point. We definitely learnt all of this stuff already. It's more about getting the chance to meet people our age for once, you know?

But what do I know? I guess you already have enough friends. ( passive-aggressive all the way, and it might be something he regrets saying later. we won't know until then. )
