[ Hatate is one of those people. The ones who spend all day with their noses against their cell phone screens, even while wandering around. One might be surprised that she hasn't run into anyone or anything yet, but she's just that good at keeping an eye on her surroundings with her occasional glances from the device she so deftly clutched.

Whatever she's working on must be urgent. Or she's just still in the process of figuring out how this can have so many more features than her own, and yet just not do what she NEEDS it to do.

Alternately, you can find Hatate about town just about anywhere, snapping photos with her phone like it's going out of style. And maybe things are going out of style. You don't know this! That's why she's making records because there has to be something worth reporting about in this town besides the obvious grand kidnapping scheme.
